Mobisynapse sync Outlook contacts with Android native contacts. Please check the contacts in the native contact app.
Wiped all contact? Normally it is due to contact account configuration on the Android phone.
Please check the follwoing:
On your PC, open Mobisynapse, click "Contacts" icon on menu navigation bar. Please see if the contacts are shown correctly comparing to the contacts in Outlook.
If yes, the contacts are sycned properly and correctly. However, the contacts are not displayed properly on your Android phone due to the contact display setting. Here is how to check your contacts settings on your Android phone:
Click "Contacts"(If 4.0 or greater, it is "People"), click "Menu" -- "Contacts to display", please select "All other contacts" for each account.
If not, it could be the inteferring from the other thrid party apps. For example Google contact sync. In this scenario, please select "One-way to Phone" for contact sync setting to re-sync with Outlook.
