    Hello kimborlina1,

It seems there is a successful record in our system, do you still have this issue?

    Thanks,

I just down loaded all the software to my phone and laptop. I was able to sync everything but contacts from device to outlook. I did two way sync on contacts and then tried one way to outlook. I still wasn't able to sync contacts from my phone to outlook on my laptop.

    Hello Chip0818,

Could you please provide the diagnose log and send it to us? Here is how to export the diagnose log:
On your PC, open Mobisynapse desktop manager, click "Logo" on top right corner, click "Export log file", then click "Logo"--"Feedback" and attach the log file.

We will check the log file to see if there is an issue.

    Thanks,

Your system won't allow a .log file to be uploaded. I converted into a .pdf file to send.

SD card issue "please make sure SD card is inserted.  If the SD card is inserted, please select the proper USB connection method."  No idea how to fix that.

Hello, I have synced my phone to Outlook, Contacts seems to work great, but my calendar doesn't show changes.  I added an outlook event on my computer; I can't see it on my phone calendar but I got a reminder on my phone for the event.  It had a little blue icon to the left of it when the reminder came up.  I am using my phone's default calendar.  Motorola Atrix.

I also noticed that an event I added to my phone this morning does not show up on my Outlook on my PC.

    Hello,

Please open mOffice, click "Calendar" to check your calendar.

Mobisynapse will sync your calendar to mOffice calendar, not the default calendar.

Is there any way to get the events I already have in my phone on the default calendar to the mOffice calendar?

Are there plans to have Mobi sync with the default calendar the way it does with the default contact list?

    Hello,

I have installed Mobisynapse on my desktop (Win 7) and Mobisynapse tool on my Android device Samsung Galaxy Note N 7000, but I cannot install mOffice app from Google play. Is telling me that no device of mine is compatible. This mOffice app is required by Mobisynapse for syncing with Outlook.

    Please advice!
