Following the failure of my old laptop, I purchased a new machine and downloaded Mobisynapse. When I launch Mobisynapse, I am prompted for an activation key. I entered the activation key associated with my account and got the error "Failed: Activation limit reached". Here is a screen shot of the error message.
Could someone please explain how I go about resolving this issue? A ticket was logged for this over a week ago and no one has had the courtesy to respond.
