Does anyone have a phone number for this company I renewed my account with credit card and it was charged. The key is still not reactivated they will not return my email requests. And to add to the problem they charged my credit card six times because when I was renewing it kept saying there was an error with my expiration date but there was not it was charging my card each time I re-entered the information. They will not return my emails I did contact my card the reversed 5 of the charges. so they still have my money for reactivating my key. Can anyone help

I know there was an IT problem that was causing problems with renewing subscriptions. I finally was able to renew, my card was charged but the system is still saying it's expired. I've always found them to be responsive to emails - but sometimes slow to respond. I'm waiting for a resolution, too. Love using this program - in case it's not available does anyone have another one to recommend?
I have been using this program for years with out a problem and this time I tried to renew it cancelled my subscription and have been trying to renew since 1/12/17. They have been in communitcation with me, but all of a sudden have not heard from them since 1/31/17. It is very frustrating.
Everything is working for me now. Hope yours is OK, too.
