    Sync conflict
    In case of conflict during contact sync, we can choose to prefer outlook or phone. This is great, but it would be even better to offer a 3rd option : display the conflict and let the user choose the best option for each particular case.

    It is now July 8th and I am unable to sync with Outlook. If this is all you have then i will not upgrade to something that does not work properly.

    Yeah, I do agree this would be a huge bonus, but yesterday, I altered a contact on my phone (added a previously unknown mobile number), when I got back and sync'd, even though I have outlook contacts as the main source it updated it perfectly!  I think that is only if you create a brand new contact with the same initial name details (the same way that Outlook detects contact conflicts).
